| 26 | the explicit written permission of CutePHP.com or payed registration. | ||
| 27 | The Software is licensed only to you. You may not rent, lease, | ||
| 28 | sublicense, sell, assign, pledge, transfer or otherwise dispose of the | ||
| 29 | Software in any form, on a temporary or permanent basis, without the | ||
| 30 | prior written consent of CutePHP.com | ||

| 32 | 5. Users may modify software code for their personal use (at their own | ||
| 33 | risk), but any altered code must not be redistributed or resold in any | ||

| 36 | 6. Registered Users/Customers (purchased-license holders) are allowed | ||
| 37 | to remove the 'Powered by...' line. | ||

| 39 | 6.1 All customers must include the URL of the domain where the Script | ||
| 40 | will be used. This is done through the Customer Area at CutePHP.com | ||

| 42 | 6.2 Customers are allowed to install the script only on the domain | ||
| 43 | stated in their license. This means that the Licensee can install the | ||
| 44 | script only on one domain per license purchased. Multiple instances of | ||
| 45 | the script (installations) are allowed in the scope of the licensed | ||
| 46 | domain. | ||

| 48 | 6.3 Once you are in receipt of our software, License fees are | ||
| 49 | non-refundable. We encourage you to verify (by installing the free | ||
| 50 | version) that the software is working on your server and no problems | ||

| 53 | 6.4 Un-Official technical support will be provided in our forums from | ||
| 54 | voluntary members to both Registered and Un-Registered Users. | ||

| 56 | TERMINATION | ||
| 57 | This Agreement will terminate automatically upon failure to comply | ||
| 58 | with the limitations described herein or on written notice from an | ||
| 59 | authorized representative of CutePHP.com. On termination, you must | ||
| 60 | destroy all copies of the Software within 48 hours. |
